It's that time again for Spring cleaning. Our community will host the annual yard sale where you can make some cash and free up some room in your house. *Donations will be picked up by Goodwill. See below for more details.

About the event
It's time for the annual Fox Chase Community Yard Sale!
The event will be advertised on social media (FB Marketplace and Next Door) as well as the Free Lance-Star. Â We have had lots of traffic come through in the past and expect it to be the same this year. Â

Rain date will be the following Saturday, May 13th.
After the event, you can drop off any donations at the Amenities parking area for Goodwill. Â The gate will be open from 12:30pm-1pm with Goodwill scheduled to arrive at 1pm. Â No large furniture, bed springs, or mattresses will be accepted. Â If you have a large furniture item to donate, please go to https://fredgoodwill.org/pickup to schedule a free home pick up.Â
